Spa Ettiquette
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any required consultations before your Sienna Rae Treatment. We kindly ask that upon entering the spa, you set your phone to silent and speak softly as other Sienna Rae clients will be enjoying their own ‘me-time’.
All treatments require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment time and to cover any cancellation within the 24 hours’ notice policy.
24 hours’ notice is required if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment to ensure we can cater to your request.
Late arrivals may result in your treatment being shortened as all treatments are scheduled to start and finish on time to ensure everyone receives the exceptional care they deserve when visiting Sienna Rae.
